BOARD PANEL: Exceptionally hard white surface bonded under high temperature to enameling stretcher levelled steel; laminated twice under extreme pressure to lightweight panel and aluminum. Balanced construction, lightweight, warp resistant panel. (Special colors available – Black, Green, TV Blue or TV Buff. Please allow an extra 2 weeks for delivery.)
BOARD FRAME: Each board has an easy hang satin finish aluminum frame with mitered corners. (Special colors available – Black, Gold and Walnut. Please allow an extra 2 weeks for delivery.)
CLEAR POLYESTER OVERLAY: A transparent, durable and removable film with a selective write-on / selective wipe-off surface. Special dry-erasable overlays also available.
SUPER-STRENGTH MAGNETIC HOLD-DOWN STRIPS (4): Holds overlays and various underlays (grids, maps, charts, etc.)
READY-MOUNT FRAME hangs on sturdy four inch hangers supplied for easy mounting.

In order to determine board size needed: you will use the grid spacing which you have selected for both across & down. First, do your calculations for spaces going down including title, if required, then proceed with spaces going across including space for listings, if required. This will give the total minimum usable board height and width. Adjust to the next larger usable board area from the list.
Example:
Going down: 1/2″ spaces
50 spaces x 1/2″ = 25″
50 lines x 1/16″ = 3-1/8″
Title space: 3″
Total: 31-1/8″
Next usable height: 34″
Going across: 2″ spaces
20 spaces x 2″ = 40″
List space: 3″
Total: 43″
Next usable width: 46″

Direct Computer Output. Graphics printed in full color or B&W directly from your (or our) computer file. Crystal clear overlaminate provides Triple Erasability® surface using 3 types of markers; 1) Dry-Erase, 2) Water Soluble or 3) Permanent. Accepts our complete selection of magnets. We can prepare a computer file from your sketch or you may supply your own computer file. We will then fax or e-mail a scaled down version for your approval, changes or corrections may be indicated on proof at this time. File Preparation – supply Mac or PC file on diskette in TIF or EPS format dimensioned to 1″ less than Board size in both dimensions (allows for the 1/2″ frame). In the case of a changeable Megaplan grid, dimensions should correspond to board’s usable area. E-mail – you may e-mail your file to info@visualplanning.com and we will check it out to determine compatibility. Future copies – We will store the computer file for 5 years for reruns.
