Self-Adhesive Vinyl Letter & Number Sets
Characters come in sheets with easy release backing. Sets contain a complete alphabet, upper or lower case, and/or a complete set of numbers. Available in 10 colors: black, white, blue, yellow, red, green, gold, silver, orange, and brown. Regular lettering has the adhesive on the back. Reverse style has adhesive on front (for applying on windows from the inside).

Sheet Material
Adhesive-backed blank vinyl sheets to cut cutom logos and symbols by hand. Same durable 4 mil matte vinyl used for vinyl sign letters. Colors: black, white, gold, red, blue, brown, light green, medium green, pink, yellow, orange, and gray. Draw symbol outline and cut with a precision knife or scissors. Peel and discard excess film around symbol. Cover symbol with clear film. Lift film which in turn will pick up symbol. Apply film where sysmbol is to be positioned. Remove film, Symbol is now permanently adhered.

Letter Release Method
 |
Allows you to compose a sign of adhesive vinyl letters on gridded base before applying it to its final position.
1) Cut film with backing in required lengths from roll. Remove film from gridded paper. (Carrier).
2) Remove the backing material from adhesive lettering or remove lettering from backing sheet.
3) Place characters with adhesive side down on the gridded sheet. Install rounded
base letters below the line and other letters exactly on grid line.
4) Place the clear film, wrinkle-free, over the laid out lettering and press down firmly.
5) Text is ready for mounting, once clear plastic film is removed with lettering from grid sheet.
6) Before positioning lettering on surface make pencil registration marks for proper placement of text in final location.
7) Place text in position and burnish down with roller burnisher.
8) Remove the clear film from left to right, holding it at a sharp angle as illustrated. This film can be used repeatedly for lift-off purpose.

Flotation Method
An alternative recommended when vinyl lettering must be applied to curved or irregular surfaces. Use water repellent crayon for guide lines. Wash application area with liquid detergent solution (1 part solution / 50 parts water). Remove characters from backing tile or sheet and float into position. Press onto surface. Squeeze out solution by carefully rolling the characters from centre to the edges. Wipe dry completely with damp, clean cloth. Allow 24 hours, then re-roll to ensure good contact.

Pre-Spaced Words

To simplify application effort, we will pre-assemble specific words, names, etc. in the form of one piece legends. Application quick & easy. To install simply peel off application strip, position, remove the protective backing, then press lettering or graphic onto any surface that is smooth, clean and dry. Minimum 2 year outdoor lifetime vinyl lettering ideal for general signage purposes. Alignment: flush left, centered or flush right. Colors: black, white, blue, yellow, red, green, gold, silver, orange, and brown. Price per letter weeded & masked assembled on carrier strip. Set-up charge: $20.00 minimum.

Auto-Spacing Characters
Characters come in packages of 5 identical, with each character supplied on a two-piece card backing. Lower portion of the card serves for automatic spacing as characters are accurately spaced when one card butts another. Colors: black, white and red. Typestyles: Helvetica and Gothic. Regular lettering has the adhesive on the back. Reverse style has adhesive on front (for applying on windows from the inside).
